- Resourcing: Enable talent engagement and thereby retention. Build a talent pipeline with the right skills and experiences to grow the business by identifying and nurturing talent. Ensure hiring TAT & build talent pipeline in partnership with TA and TM team.

- People Process: Collaborate with COE teams to effectively drive people processes such as hiring, onboarding & induction, performance management, reward and recognition, organization design, succession planning, compensation & benefits, diversity & inclusion agenda and compliances.
- Innovation and Learning
- Capability Development Facilitating in identifying and executing training needs. Deliver on Capability Development with clear focus on business impact.
