2. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
3. Supports organization by establishing a recruiting, assessment, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; an recommending changes.
4. Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision.
5. Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending , planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
6. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors.
7. Oversee, maintain, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes
8. Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages.
9. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements , conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
10. Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
11. Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
12. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
