- Assisting the HR team in the smooth running of HR operations vertical
- Managing recruitments for open positions through Agencies, LinkedIn responses and job portals and regularly manage job postings
- Screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interview schedule between candidates, HR team and hiring managers.
- Co-ordinate with HODs regularly for their Recruitment and HR initiatives
- Carry out pre-joining and joining formalities of new hires once the offer letter is rolled out by HR.
- Maintaining records of all employee files and carry out regular audits of all files.
- Preparing, managing and regularly updating all HR related MIS, reports and trackers in liaison with HR team and ensure that these reports are accurate.
- Maintain physical as well as digital record of employee leave balances & ensure that they are upto date. Ensure proper follow-up with employees on their leaves.
- Strictly monitor & maintain attendance records of employees and ensure compliance with Bombay Shops & Establishment Act.
- Liaise with the HR team for any employee related matters and statutory compliance.
Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
