Associate Manager - HR ( From Top institute only ) : Leading Manufacturing in Rudrapur


Associate Manager-HR ( People Development )

Location ( Rudrapur Plant )

- To drive Central HR projects related to Talent management/OD & diversity in operations.

- Develop and execute Talent Agenda for Operations Function across the plants and functions

- Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and on boarding for corporate roles.

Key result area (KRA)

1. Talent Acquisition

- To monitor & ensure overall performance of recruitment vertical wrt quality, costs and timelines.

- Maintain robust process to ensure good selection and lower turnaround time from sourcing to closure of selection process to provide a qualitative and diversified candidate pool.

- Recruitment of all Central Operations Role /central teams of SCM/Packaging, above for factories.

- Effective utilisation of all online portals for hiring including IJP's & Referrals.

- Maintain recruitment MIS as required.

2. Strengthening the on boarding process

- Design & drive the on boarding process, to streamline the same in Operations HR

- Effective implementation of Buddy program.

- Drive the Participation of employees towards any Engagement surveys and roll out development initiatives based the feedback

3. People Development

- Design the talent & capability for Ops employees

- Execution of programs with the alignment of plants HR team

- To design & drive the Operations Academy

- Plan interventions to manage growth & organization change

- Facilitate Talent Review with Factory team across level.

4. Facilitate and support the implementation of the performance management process.

- Partner with business stakeholders to drive a performance-oriented culture in the operations while strengthening the capability of line managers. Coordinate and facilitate the appraisal process.

- Facilitating effective feedback sessions

- Ensure effective employee communication related to performance management.

- Ensure adherence to PMS Timelines

5. Operational:

- Drive and standardise all corporate led projects for operations - Engagement, surveys, Performance Assessment, Organisation Design

- To drive Diversity agenda in operations including

i. Identification of positions.

ii. Hiring of diversity across factories/staff/SFE's,

iii. Organise forums to sensitize the internal teams and

iv. Work with plant team to ensure right infrastructure is in place for us to scale up diversity in locations

6. MIS support

- Drive Ops- HR matrixes

- To prepare HR related Decks as and when required

- To provide HR MIS to various functionaries as per the fixed timelines.

- MBA should be from Good Institute
