Purpose:
People Operations team is responsible for processes such as Onboarding, Payroll, Leave Management, Exit, Letter Management, Employee Records etc. for all full-time employees and full-time contractors (FTC). For FTC Life-Cycle Management team, the overall purpose is to take wing-to-wing ownership of all FTC Life-Cycle processes for all business groups and support all stakeholders such as FTC employees, contractors, manager, HRM, Finance, HR Compliance groups with simplifying, standardizing, strengthening and communicating FTC Life-Cycle processes.
Job Responsibilities:
FTC Employee life cycle
- Simplify, standardize & strengthen FTC life-cycle management processes such as Payroll, Attendance, Leave Management, Full & Final settlement, Employee Labor Compliances.
- Help leverage FTC HCMS system to design processes and build reliable & integrated solutions that provide seamless & consistent experience to stakeholders.
- Drive 100% data accuracy, timeliness, and data completeness of employee data updates, payroll, compliance, full & final settlements.
- Drive 100% HR Compliances and Payroll & Labor compliances of vendor FTCs
- Drive continuous process improvements in all areas of Payroll, Leave, Full & Final Settlement processes.
- Define, build & measure process SLAs and compliances and reporting thereof to the relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively audit the policy, processes and data related to Payroll, Leave, Full & Final Settlement processes and ensure audit readiness.
- Build & Implement effective feedback mechanism to invite inputs & 'Corrective and Preventive Action' approach for improving processes & enhancing employee value proposition.
- Help upgrade HRIS system time to time through regression testing to ensure use of upgraded FTC HR instance and latest HRIS features.
- Benchmark compensation and streamline & standardize compensation structure for FTCs to ensure cost-effectiveness, competitiveness & compliance.
- Establish and stabilize robust reporting framework to ensure accurate, timely and complete reporting to relevant business and HR stakeholders through FTC HCMS system
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 7-8 years of relevant managerial HR Operations experience (preferably of a start-up organization)
- FTC Employee Life Cycle at Manager level experience is a must
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding or knowledge of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- In-depth exposure to HR statutory compliances under CLRA.
