- Project management of employee transfer process from closing to integration; Evaluate the considerations for organizational readiness for interim (Day 1 /100), desired end state
- Design change management and communication interventions for transferring employees
- Discuss and agree on an approach with key stakeholders including Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Legal, & Exec sponsors
- Work with senior leadership, business, and internal firm stakeholders to identify integration guiding principles
- Analyze data from due diligence including sale & purchase agreement and identify integration interventions to address diligence findings
- Facilitate discussions for grade and job level alignment of transferring employees
- Structure alignment & set up in the HR system
- Policy & Process Alignment - Identify differences in employee benefits and way of operation
- Contribute to Integration Management Office (IMO) for end-to-end program management of workstreams involved in the Integration process
