Associate Manager-HRBP for an ITeS Organization
We are hiring for an Associate Manager for an US based ITeS organization based in Pune.
Shift timings will be from 1pm-9:30 pm
JOB DESCRIPTION :
HR Business Partnering :
- Single point of contact for all HR related activities for business unit assigned.
- To be viewed as approachable and trusted HR person.
- Maintain good terms with senior management, business heads, managers and employees.
- Drive various organization and HR initiatives at business level.
Employee Engagement :
- Responsible for critical interfacing internally with vertical head, manager and people of business team allocated.
- Responsible for proactive communication with senior management on the performance of employees and development of a reward structure.
- Handle employee grievances, conduct 1-1, team meetings, regular connect at different levels
- To play important role in organizational development through various measures such as organizing training, individual growth plan, talent recognition
- To create an empowered and enjoyable workplace and implement the best people management practices
Employee Retention and Attrition Management :
- To guide and manage the overall attrition and ensure strategies for retention are implemented
- To develop best practices approach for minimizing employee turnover.
- To review retention policies and ensure implementation
Performance Management :
- Run end to end PMS cycle for the business
- Ensure free and fair method of conducting performance appraisals.
- Ensure all the confirmations and annual appraisals are completed on time and as per process.
- Issue letters of increment promotions etc.
Induction and onboarding:
- Responsible to part of hiring process for business
- To effectively induct new joiners into business.
- Run programs like new joiner buddy program and have new joiners connect like 30, 60, 90 days with different stake holders.
- Reports maintenance
- Make, maintain and provide various reports required by business like monthly dashboard, attrition reports etc
Team Management - Manage a team of 4-5 HRBP's hence previous team management experience for atleast 2 years is a must

- 10+ Yrs years of HR Experience
