Associate Manager - HRBP
Key Responsibilities :
1. Impact on the Business (30%) - Participate in the overall development and implementation of the SSC HR vision and processes
- Develop and drive the long-term HR strategy for the SSC
- Ensures alignment with Group HR strategies, policies and initiatives
- Develop strategies to increase employee engagement levels within the SSC
- Manage the change elements for the SSC, from both a strategic and operational level
- Develop the long term mission of people assets as a competitive advantage for the SSC
- Plan and implement for continued volatile growth, change and maturity within the SSC
- Communicate with line management as a true business partner and provide a deep understanding of the role that a world class HR practices can play in the development of the business
- Ensure appropriate on-boarding of resources
- Work with the teams to drive HR related KPIs and SLAs
- Build knowledge management and appropriate learning systems
2. Leadership (30%) - Actively participate in leadership discussions
- Ensure sufficient potential across organisation to fill in key roles, and to sustain and build organisational capability over time
- Promote a 'customer centric' and 'partnership approach' to develop strong relationships with other working groups
- Provide clear definition of roles, responsibilities, individual goals and performance objectives for the team
- Utilise TCPL global performance development tools and processes to drive high performance delivery of the team
3. Communication (30%) - Accountable for effective communication of issues across the SSC and working groups
- Accountable for effective communication with the statutory agencies in Bengaluru
- Accountable for effective communication of all HR related activities to leadership Board on a periodic basis
4. Cross Functional Activities (10%) - Work closely with
- Program board in setting up the Human Resources team in the SSC
- TCPL HR teams in sharing of best practice for recruitment, learning and development and reward and recognition
- IT on automation / digitization initiatives for the process
