Department Overview :

- The Human Resources Department at matrimony.com is a cumulative force of sub functions such as Talent Acquisition, Business HR Partnering, Talent Management, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits.

- HR has leverage in setting up Policy & Processes across employee life cycle in the company and was also shortlisted for Business World HR Excellence Awards, 2015. The HR team is highly noted for its candidate experience, effective training and the culture it spreads across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Spreahead the HR Analytics for the organistion

- Building Excel database, handling all data of the HR team in excel (also in csv and text files) and performing data validation.

- Data mapping in excel, identifying bugs and troubleshooting issues in the product.

- Developing VBA Macros to automate the validation in Excel.

- Preparing advanced level LMS Reports and dashboards

- Create dashboards with advanced Pie and Bar charts for top management.

- Advanced excel

- Photoshop, Adobe and Flash

- MS Visio

Education and Experience : MBA with work experience in an analytics role.

Job Location : Chennai

Salary range: 7 - 8 LPA
