About our Client - Our client is a globally renowned player in the Pharma vertical. They are listed on NYSE and report a consistent revenue growth year on year. They are spread across the globe and have presence in 90 countries. Over half of their sales is in emerging markets and the Indian market is of strategic importance to them. They are looking for an Associate manager - Financial Planner who can provide insights on broad range of business issues to help drive financial results

Job Description - While reporting into the Country Head FP&A, your responsibilities would be to:

- Conduct monthly and annual budgeting for the relevant product lines in business

- Develop forecast for the P&L to incorporate into estimates

- Conduct regular variance analysis along with MIS reporting to identify gaps in the business

- Develop streamlined work processes to enable timely and accurate data consolidation

- Provide business analysis for cross-functional decision making

The Successful Candidate - You must be a CA or MBA from a premier institute with 3-6 years of experience. You have experience in FMCG/Pharma industry. In-depth experience in preparation of financial plans and forecasts along with continuous process improvement is crucial. Good communication skills is a must owing to regular interactions with stake-holders.
