Associate Manager - Finance - BFSI

Minimum Qualification :

Intermediate Chartered Accountant

- 2 - 4 years of work experience in Accounts Receivables and General Accounting

- Good knowledge of Excel and any Accounting Software

- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written

- Problem Identification, Problem-Analysis, and Problem-Solving

- Strong work ethic, team player, reliability and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities :

- Preparing and review of individual invoices with differs on a monthly basis due to R&R, Discounts, free trial periods, etc.

- Accounting of Invoices in Xero

- Cross-checking invoices with contracts

- Maintaining a customer tracker with billings and new contracts signed up

- Follow-up with customers for collection and ageing analysis

- Reconciling BRS entries for receipts and applying for payments from different sources.

- Responding to queries on billing from customers

- Doing monthly/quarterly sales tax returns for 20 states manually

- Doing sales tax registrations as and when required for new states

- Responding to sales tax queries for customers and authorities

- Revenue variance analysis for various reporting

- Preparing separate GM input files for BARS and IMR

- Manual reconciliation of Salesforce MRR with Billing tracker

- Ad hoc assignment
