Associate Manager - Finance & Accounts

Job Description:

- Degree in accounting and finance.

Experience : Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparation of financials and MIS at every month end.

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Provide audit support as and when necessary.

- Liaising with external stakeholders as when necessary (e.g. bankers, insurers, etc.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

- Participate in the development and enhancement of accounting systems.

Required Key Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally).

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Well-versed with knowledge of accounting principles, Ind AS, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
