MBA (International Marketing) with Export Management Qualification required, will be taking care of Export Commercials Function for one of our client based at Delhi/NCR.
1. Smooth Functioning of export activities
2. To ensure that documentation is maintained as per the requirements within the corporate policy
3. To maintain external relationships to proactively understand and resolve issues including interpretation of law /rules relating to excise , customs and DGFT guidelines
4. Smooth Coordination between various intra-company functions
5. Prompt handling of all queries from Customers as well as timely delivery of routine information to Customers such as Account statements, Credit notes etc.,
6. Prompt availability of information to Sales Associates related to Invoicing/Stock/Transit Stock/Pricing etc.
7. Smooth coordination between Group offices across the Globe
Skills and Knowledge Required
1. Hands-on Knowledge on Exports functioning
2. Awareness about Foreign Trade Policy & Procedures
3. Awareness about banking norms incl L/C negotiation
4. Export Incentives
5. Communication Skills
6. To maintain a delicate balance in meeting the expectation of internal/external customers’ vis-à-vis protecting corporate interest in terms of managing the potential risks and costs
7. Has the responsibility of setting high standards in customer service particularly to external customers
8. Exposure to SAP
