- POSH program management
- Case assignment, tracking, reporting and governance.
- Compliance - work with the case managers to ensure compliance with timelines and adherence to laid down process.
- Collaborate with Legal to seek understanding on the various nuances and unique situations as part of SH investigation process. Maintain and update the knowledge repository
- Responsible for leadership reporting which includes periodic dashboard.
- Support in automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Enrollment, certification and training of Internal committee members
- Selection and appointment of EC members and conduct regular cadence.
- Manage the implementation of POSH program which includes multiple interventions such as :
- Digital and print collaterals
- Awareness sessions Content creation for New Joiner Orientation, People Lead and HR enablement etc.
- Create interactive modules to enable IC members
