Employee Engagement Initiatives

- Execute organization-wide engagement initiatives

- Maintain high Employee Engagement scores across internal and external surveys

- Work with HR SPOCs to maintain high engagement levels across CT locations

Communication and Collaboration

- Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to develop and deliver internal communication plans and materials

Event Management

- Planning and managing events including outbound events

- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events

- Sports and cultural events

- Health camps

- Statutory meetings

- Hosting and MC duties for events

General Operations

- Vendor Payments and liaise with Procurement and Finance teams

- Conduct helpdesk operations

- Renewal of agreements
