Transformation Strategy - Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Managing the firm's transformation agenda, enabling the resilient transformation of the firm, and engaging with key stakeholders and leaders. You will help align the organization's transformation objectives with its broader strategic goals.

Skills:

- Outstanding core consulting skills - i.e., analytical, primary, and secondary research, presentation, and modelling (superior PowerPoint and Excel), including logical structuring and storytelling.

- Outstanding analytical (qualitative and quantitative), research, and presentation skills

- Prior experience in strategy development for top tier companies and/or with top strategy consultancy

- Excellent strategic thinking and knowledge of strategy development, competitive strategy, and scenario planning

- Self-accountable for ensuring that results are achieved; deliver work in a timely matter with minimal errors and guidance.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and team building skills.

- MBA from Top institutes.
