Description

As Associate Manager - Data Science, you will be based out of our client's Gurgaon office and be responsible for:

- brainstorming, planning, and executing projects

- evaluating predictive models and algorithms

- ensuring quality control

- lead the client relationship and ensure efficient project delivery

- supervise and mentor junior members of the team

- hiring the best talent and growing the team

- work on innovative ideas and lead R&D projects

Profile

A successful candidate for the role of Associate Manager - Data Science:

- will have a Tier 1 engineering and economic/commerce educational qualification

- has preferably worked in the financial services sector (banks, credit cards, lending firms)

- will have first hand experience with PD/LGD/EAD models

- will have expertise in MS Excel as well as database querying tools such as SQL/SAS

- will have expertise in developing/building predictive models (regression, decision tree, etc.)

- should have worked on large data-sets involving millions of rows

- should have evaluated different scorecards, conducted variable reduction, etc
