Department- Corporate Strategy ( Major role involves Merger & acquisition projects)

Qualification- CA must (1st/2nd attempt only) from very sound academic background.

Job role:-

- Support the team on M&A projects from feasibility study to execution

- Run analysis for decisions on new capacity setup and expansion

- Drive the follow up and monitoring of key strategic initiatives and projects

- Monthly analysis of segmental profitability including key product mix changes and its implications

- Develop competency in economic monitoring of geographies of interest

- Regular monitoring of competition activities in various geographies of interest related to expansion/ acquisitions

- Analysis and monitoring of large key Capex in terms of performance vs approvals

- Prepare financial projections for the entire company based on industry trends & inputs from different functions
