We have a job opening with one of our client which is a telecom network company for the position of Associate Manager - Compensation & Benefits to be based out in Bangalore.
Job Description:
- Anchor Global C&B activities such as compensation fitment, deputation salary structuring, deputee allowance/cost of living, base employee/local employee's salary fitment, hiring ranges etc.
- Manage operations and payroll for Global regions and coordinate with the payroll vendors
- Responsible for Statuatory compliance and due diligence of local regulations in international Geo's. Annual performance and remuneration review aligned with global guidelines
- Develop better market comparisons, design salary ranges and job levels to better support career development, progression and talent management.
- Design and implement various compensation and benefits policies related to working time, leaves, deputee allowance policy, business expense, per diem, bonus etc for international geos based on business requirement.
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices. Also to conduct periodic audits and prepare reports for the respective Geos
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (Pay equity, human rights etc)
- Managing internal and external audit for payroll and compliance for global regions
Qualifications:
- Any graduation/Post graduation
- 4 to 6 years of relevant industry experience
