We are hiring for a (Capacity Planning)for Associate.Manager Profile in a leading Financial MNC in Bangalore Location.

Experience : 8 -11 yrs

Job Description :

- Coordinate with business to understand the space requirements of each project Scenario plan allocations based on demand logged by projects with the help of capacity planning tool Ensure high quality service delivery in a timely fashion Co-ordinate/negotiate with various stakeholders for timely delivery of seat supply Provide input and to help shape the overall space and real estate portfolio Ensure optimum utilization of seats against a defined set of principles and metrics.

- Work closely with the business units to implement the space operating models.

- Lead communication efforts to successfully introduce and implement related programs.

- Provide guidance and thoughts on space operations matters Analyze and act upon satisfaction and other performance metrics to drive future strategy and programs.

- Provide inputs for the strategy for tools and systems that support space management Develop of business cases to negotiate with internal customers including senior leadership Generate early warnings on gaps in demand and supply or seats Prepare action plan for mitigation Ownership of space inventory Track, Enable, Approve, changes to space inventory Drive critical Projects which can result seat optimization and internal customer delight Ensure process adherence.

Conduct regular auditsSkill.

- Required : 8+ years of experience in Capacity Planning & Space management or workforce management or related domains Excellent communication skills Convincing/Negotiation skills Service orientation MS Excel and PPT skills.

- Looking for Associate Manager/Senior Manager(Relevant experience in Capacity Planning & Space management or workforce management or related domains is mandatory)

- Candidates specializing in seat management of 2000-3000 people in BPO environment should only apply.
