Associate Manager - Business Development - Real Estate

1. Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to provide end-to-end analytical and program management assistance in various commercial monetization initiatives of DIAL ALD, including developing new ideas, Market Research, Bid strategy development, Bid Process, and contract management for DIAL Airport Land development.

3. Key Accountabilities:

Conduct market research for upcoming opportunities:

- Quality of deliverables and turnaround time.

Prepare financial models and compile decks of financial analysis:

- Accuracy of model, numbers, and turnaround time.

Support in execution of documentation and support contract management:

- Compliance as per SOP requirements.

- Timely delivery & compliance as per SOP requirements.

Support the team in coordination with other departments:

No. of interactions.

Compile decks for management reviews, AOP reviews, and MIS:

Timely circulation of decks, MIS, AOP vs Actuals.

Financial Dimensions:

- Revenue of INR 350 Cr in FY 23 growing to INR 1,050 Cr till FY 27

6. Skills and Knowledge:

Educational Qualifications:

MBA + Engineering/CA/BBA or equivalent from a Tier 1/2 College
