Associate Manager - Business Development - FMCG/BFSI/Hospitality

Job Title : Associate Manager - Business Development

Department : Distributor Relations and Marketing

Location : Regional Office, Mumbai, Candidate will be handling BD for the rest of Maharashtra and some parts of Chhatisgarh.

Reports to : Regional BD Manager

Note : Job involves travel throughout the region as well as frequent work on weekends. KNOWLEDGE OF MARATHI LANGUAGE IS MUST.

Education : Bachelor's degree and an MBA (Sales & Marketing)

Experience : Minimum 5 years in Sales & Marketing / Relationship management

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieving sales targets for specific LOS within the region.

- Achievement of Distributor recruitment, activation and retention metrics within the assigned LOS within the region.

- Communicate and build a strong relationship with distributor leaders in the region

- Thorough knowledge of the Company's Sales and Marketing Plan

- Develop, direct and coordinate all Distributor Relation activities to ensure growth in market share.

- Plan activities and assist the distributor organization to realize their maximum potential

- Oversee that approved policies and objectives are fully understood by the distributor organization.

- Participate in scheduled meetings directly meet distributors to emphasize personal attention.

- Represent the Company at meetings/rallies, special events and merchandizing programs

- Serve as an advocate of Distributors within the Company and ensure staff understands the importance of Distributor Organization and relationship with the company.

- Ensure effective working relationship with USA based headquarters, affiliate marketing persons, distributors, consumers, vendors.

- Work with Marketing Manager, and other Distributor Relations personnel to ensure appropriate and good quality support materials are available for distributors and consumers.
