Knowledge/Capabilties

- Knowledge of contracts, Terms & Conditions and relevant commerical laws and their impact

- Handling of RFP's and submission of Proposals, Closure of contracts

- Decision support capability for key negotiations (Vendors/Customers etc)

- Sharp Knowledge of MS office (Excel/Word, PPT)

- Strong Project and people management skills

- Familiarity with Indirect tax laws (Vat/Service tax etc)

- Knowledge of Project cost control and receivable management /control techniques

- Sound knowledge of cost structure/conduct reviews

- Customer relationship -Contract management,Risk management

- Information management and ability to create early warning system

- Good experience in preparing costing sheets and finance proposals
