We are looking for a candidate for an Associate Manager role with 8-10 years of experience in working on different analytical projects and making significant contributions to external as well as internal business. An ideal fit would possess 4-7+ years of relevant experience in MMM/ Marketing Analytics & Consulting along with strong statistical knowledge, and hands-on experience on working and implementing predictive modeling using Machine Learning techniques and drawing insights through statistical techniques. Responsibilities : - Understanding marketing business problems in the areas of CPG and addresses them to solve client problems. - Providing high-end consulting to clients at the business head level to help them sharpen their business strategy by implementing analytical models that support the realization of business objectives. - Demonstrate excellence in insightful thought leadership, strategic problem solving, gauging the business requirements and objectives, and be able to transform them into use cases as projects/business pitches. - Dwelling in working and implementing all facets of business analytics and data science- descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analysis, and effectively communicating the results to various internal/external stakeholders. - Developing and implementing predictive models using Machine Learning techniques directed to a business problem. Requirements : - Preferred : Postgraduates/ Graduate from Premiere Institutes in Economics, Statistics or other quantitative disciplines - Relevant Experience : 8+ years of relevant experience in Analytics - Relevant Experience : 4-7+ years of relevant experience in MMM/ Marketing Analytics & Consulting - Strong statistical knowledge, and hands-on experience on working and implementing predictive modeling using Machine Learning techniques and drawing insights through statistical techniques. - Proficiency in working with tools like Python & SQL.
