Role :

Leverage deep data analytics and data mining skills to deliver insights that will optimize profitability and drive margin expansion of the organization (by reducing cost, optimizing prices, improving product mix etc.). Lead a team of analysts and manage their day-to-day deliverables. Work closely with Global stakeholders and functional leaders to solve business problems. Critical member of the leadership team at the Hub working with other managers on the areas below.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, optimize and manage analytics models (calculators, P&L models, price models etc.) for the business objectives of the function.

- Deploy best in-class analytics practices, models and research methods to analyze opportunity to improve profitability and reduce margin leakage, including but not limited to:

- Customer and Product Portfolio segmentation

- Price leakage and elasticity

- Price / volume Forecasting

- Cross-sell recommendations

- Create automated dashboards for functional stakeholders, regional / global leaders and CXOs.

- Perform analysis for regular reporting of organizational performance (pricing, product, procurement etc.) and automate the reporting analytics

- Develop professional reports and presentations for senior executives

- Identify areas to improve efficiency, increase automation and improve quality.

- Responsible for the project management of the deliverables. Manage the day-to-day operations of the analytics team.

- People leader who can develop the team members on their career path

- Multi-tasker who has ability to manage changing prioritization and multiple project requests.

- Build a good working relationship with the stakeholders & Ability to manage conflicts.

- Work closely with the global teams to identify new projects/opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile :


- 6+ years of relevant quantitative analytics experience

- 2+ years of experience in people management.

- Leadership Capabilities: Must have proven capability in the following - Team Builder, People Developer, Project planning, Relationship building, and Business Expert.

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with conflicting requests, and prioritizing work requests.

- Strong ability to analyze data and provide insights. Understanding the business and

- Preferred knowledge of advanced analytics methods (machine learning)

- Strong knowledge and experience of analytical tools such as R, Python, SQL, Excel etc. Knowledge of SAP would be a bonus.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
