Requisite:

- Applicants with 2-5 yrs of experience as an Associate Consultant with prominent consulting companies in the world.

- You will structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them

- Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods

- Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people and organizations to act

- Establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations

- Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner

- Develop your leadership style, leveraging your own passions, strengths, and personal values

- A solid team player who's also an independent thinker

- Deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask

- A robust analytical skill set

- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

- Endless curiosity and a penchant for thinking the impossible

- Willingness to travel and work in a foreign city (as and when work demands)

- Experience in consulting, a start-up or other business environment

- Fluency in English
