Urgent Requirement for Associate_Big 4

We are looking for Associate _ Big 4

Experience Required :

The candidate should have :

- 1-2 years of relevant post qualification experience

- Exposure to M&A/PE or research.

- Basic knowledge of the rules and regulations that apply to M&A deals or should have done research - preferably in real estate and hospitality sectors

- High team orientation

- Good communication both written and oral (including report writing)

- Analytical skills

- Strong Financial modeling skills

- Should be well conversant with Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Significant amount of initiative.

Preferred :

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with :

- Investment banks

- Real estate and hospitality advisory / research firms including Independent Property Companies (IPCs)

- Strategy teams of large corporates

- BPOs catering to investment banks

- Private equity / venture capital / equity research firms

Roles/Responsibilities :

- Understand client issues

- Provide support to the team in efficiency and productivity of managing an engagement

- Risk Management

- Support on marketing pitches

- Independent charge of financial modeling

- Prepare deliverables for engagements
