Legal Consultant in a Big 4- Mumbai

JD:

- New team in PDS Legal (Part of our Tax Practise ) which will specialise in Corporate Legal . This team will mainly be handling all M&A, PE, I -Banking kind of deals.

- (2-3 years post LLB Relevant Experience) with experience in handling Corporate Law on M&A and various I-Banking Deals .

We would want to look at these candidates from Law Firms only.

- Mumbai based candidates only

- Comm skills has to be excellent

- Should be a LLB from a good Law College. LLM is a plus

- Candidates from Law Firms only.
