Associate - Legal - LLB/LLM - BFSI Domain - Real Estate Sector

- Reviewing and analyzing laws and regulations to determine their impact on the service offer to Real Estate investment schemes and evaluate their potential for strategic opportunities.

- Provide strategic inputs related to banking and Finance transactions in the real estate sector

- Provide support in Corporate Commercial matters, drafting agreement and contracts related to Banking & Financing

- Guiding managers on regulatory and compliance matters

- Analyzing legal issues relating to proposed products

- Should have thorough knowledge of the Indian Foreign Exchange Management Act, the Securities and Exchange Board of India Guidelines, the Companies Act 1956 and 2013, SCRA (Securities Control Regulation Act), Sale of Goods Act, Indian contract Act and the Transfer of Property act for due diligence.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Candidate should have qualified LLB /LLM from a reputed Law firm

- Should have 1 - 4 years of experience in Banking and Finance in real estate sector

- Candidates currently working with reputed law firms , banks and financial institutions dealing in real estate may only apply.

- Candidates living or willing to relocate to Mumbai may only apply.
