Associate - Legal Entity Controllership - BPO/IT/BFSI

Associate- LEC

The role provides an opportunity to work with the Legal Entity Controllership Department. The individual will be responsible for the financial statements of the entity and ensuring compliance with the India GAAP and the US GAAP requirements.

The person should lead the audits, should be well versed with the tax and regulatory environment impacting the legal entity and ensure strong controls framework.

The individual would also need to support business initiatives and be involved in critical projects impacting the legal entity.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Review and analyze the financial statements of the company and strengthen controls to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Ensure compliance with the India GAAP and US GAAP requirements. Knowledge of IFRS would be an added advantage

- Lead the Statutory, tax and transfer pricing audits.

- Supervise preparation of the monthly Management reports and highlight critical issues to the attention of management

- Support business growth and partner in business initiatives.

- Drive critical projects being conducted at the organization level.

- Oversight of billing & receivable's management

Keep abreast of tax and regulatory amendments and oversight tax compliance.
