Responsibilities:
Learning Business Partner:
- Support in Conducting annual and ongoing training needs assessment with BU Heads / HRBPs
- Proposes outcome-focused learning solutions with objectives and mode of delivery (Blended / Online / Classroom)
- Interacts with internal SMEs and external trainers to design the curriculum; course and assessments
- Manages the learning journeys and learner experience; governs the completion of all mandatory courses
- Execute OJT framework for the Bank in partnership with business stakeholders
- Bring to life innovative learning solutions
Facilitation:
- Facilitate the soft skills, new joinee orientation and other allied programs
- Design and deliver custom solutions in Professional/Leadership Development/functional (in consultation with the Vendor Partners where required)
Learning Operations & Governance:
- Vendor Management (empanelment, identification, evaluation, purchase order-invoice-payment governance)
- Administer programs in the Learning Management System and evangelize digital learning through all learning solutions offered (Self-Service)
-Work closely with all internal teams for the smooth execution of training programs
- Ensure training records; budgets are updated for audits and metrics reported monthly
- Explore automation, data-driven and digital approaches to augment learning operations
- Support Head L&D in driving projects (including L&D solutions awareness & award applications) and management reviews
Requirement
MBA from TIER 1 institute
Experience 2 to 4 years
