Associate - Leadership Advisory
- Largely in talent management, learning and development, assessments, leadership development, workshops etc.
- Either certified in some psychometric tools (such as Pearson tools, Hogan, Caliper, 16 PF or others) or working understanding of psychometrics
- In-depth understanding and experience in designing competency models
- In-depth knowledge of talent & leadership development principles and frameworks
- Experience with the design and delivery of leadership programs/ high potential leader programs (comprising a mix of blended learning formats, self-paced learning, projects, workshops etc.)
- Experience with the design and delivery of leadership workshops (including an understanding of instructional design principles)
- Experience with the design and delivery of talent assessments (offline/ online)
