The Associate at Northstar will be interacting with senior investment professionals at client's end across a spectrum of research projects. Our clients include Private Equity firms and boutique Investment banks. You will directly work with senior investment bankers / private equity principals help them build their thesis / pitch / due diligence. Internally, you will be managing a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts

Overview of Work Deliverables:

1. Financial modelling

2. Valuation analyses

3. Industry landscaping

4. Financial analysis

5. Company profiling

6. Drafting research reports / investment committee documents

Prerequisites:

1. 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience

2. Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude

3. Strong analytical ability

4. Dedication to exceeding client's expectations

5. Attention to detail
