Associate - Investment Banking - PE/M&A - Infra

Opening: Associate in the Investment Banking team and will be working with the senior sector bankers on various PE and M&A transactions across infra sector

Company: Leading Financial Services Firm

Key Responsibilities:

- Building detailed financial models across infrastructure sectors for various PE and M&A projects from scratch. Clarity of thought and the ability to understand the clients business and economics

- Preparing detailed Information Memorandums showcasing to clients business and capabilities to solicit investment

- The incumbent will get significant front-end exposure in managing the client and investors independently as may be required

- Assist the VPs and SVPs in deal negotiations and client management

Qualification: MBA finance from a reputed B-School / CA / CFA (IIMs preferred)

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience
