Job Responsibilities :

Job Profile :

- Leading end-to-end execution of M&A and Capital Raising transactions

- Management of key client relationships

- Augmenting distribution reach for syndication process

- Deal origination

- Coordinate and lead sector research

Profile requirements :

- 1-2 years of corporate finance experience in an investment bank, corporate M&A, Private Equity or any other corporate finance environment

- Experience of independently executing at least 1-2 M&A and/or Private Equity transactions

- Ability to manage client engagements independently, from Cold-calling to Closure

- Cross-border M&A experience would be helpful (not necessary)
