Associate - Investment Banking - Infra Sector

Description of the Role and Profile Requirement

Company: A Premier Investment bank

Role: Associate

Location: Mumbai

Requirements:

- 4-6 years relevant experience in Investment Banking. Preference to candidates with prior knowledge in Infrastructure Sector

Responsibilities:

- Cover infrastructure as sectors of focus

- Deal execution in M&A and capital raising right from pitching to deal closure

- Lead client interface for deal execution at senior levels

- Support ideation process within the sector to generate BD ideas and prepare pitch decks. Participate in BD pitches and client interface for deal execution

- Mentor junior/mid -level resources within the team.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong deal execution skills, comprising building of robust financial model, PowerPoint presentations for high-quality pitch books, CIMs & other client collateral

- Prior deal closure experience in Investment Banking - M&A / capital raising

- Prefer candidates with prior knowledge in real estate / hospitality verticals. The vertical covers all asset classes - residential, commercial, REITs, industrial & hospitality

- Client management skills at senior levels

- Analytical in thought and approach
