Associate - Investment Banking - CA/CFA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Mandatory Requirement:

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience and understanding of issue management is an added advantage.

About the client:

Our client is setting up their office in Gift City focusing on Finance and Investments in the BRICS countries. Apart from investment activities both onshore and offshore they are also into ECBs, Factoring for large trade deals, Offshore Loans, among others.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in the execution of M&A, capital raising, and other financial advisory transactions.

- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence.

- Perform industry research and market analysis to support transaction execution and business development.

- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic financial solutions.

- Prepare Information Memorandum, Financial Models, Valuation Models, Pitch Books, Analytical Reports, and other transaction-related documents to support decision making.

- Experience and understanding of issue management is an added advantage.

- Work closely with senior bankers and other team members to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualification and Experience:

- Minimum 2 years with an Investment Bank, Venture Capital fund, or Private Equity fund

- Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or MBA from a Tier 1 Institute.
