Investment Banking Associate (Global bank) - Equity Capital Markets

Responsibilities:

- Transaction experience of ECM deals is a must

- Assist in the execution of ECM transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and convertible securities.

- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction proposals.

- Prepare pitch materials, offering documents, and presentations for client meetings.

- Collaborate with internal teams (research, syndicate, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth transaction execution.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the ECM space.

- Maintain relationships with clients and support senior bankers in client management.

- Support due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market conditions, and regulatory changes
