Position Name - Investment Banker - Associate

Location - Mumbai (on-site)

Experience : 1 - 4 Years

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Data mining, Analysing data and sector research

- Identifying potential companies for PE & M&A and setting up engagement

- To prepare the pitchbook and marketing collateral including teasers, information memorandum, financial modeling

- To be a part of engagement team for due diligence.

Qualification and Experience:

- MBA / CA / CFA

- 1-3 years of experience as an analyst or in a research role, in the financial services sector
