Designation: Associate  Role Scope: To Contribute on buy side transactions including the following  - Identify investment opportunities  - Monitor existing portfolio  - Conducting industry research, market mapping and company-specific analysis  - Preparing marketing material for the transactions  - Interacting with consultants on a regular basis for due diligence  - Prepare financial models  - Carrying out valuation   Desired Candidate Profile:  - Charted Accountant / MBA Finance with 1-3 years of experience of working in front offices of an Investment bank / PE firms  - Excellent academics  - He/She should possess excellent MS Office skills  - He/She should have excellent written & oral communication skills  - He/She should be a self-starter and should be enterprising by nature  - Passion towards investment banking is a must, other skills sought include ability to multi-task, work under pressure, deal with ambiguity and successfully manage deadlines
