Job Description: Inside Sales associate

Office Hours: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM, 5 days a week

Target Markets: US (North America, Canada), Middle East, and Europe

Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Team Members to join our team. As an Inside Sales associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts in the US, Middle East, and Europe markets. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships with prospects, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the US, Middle East, and Europe markets.

- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position our AI-powered data platform and services as the ideal solution.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field

- Proven sales experience in the software or services industry

- High energy level and a positive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively converse with prospects and customers.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and data platforms is a plus.
