About our Client - Our client is a leading Private Equity fund in the Alternative Asset Management space. They are looking for someone to join the Infrastructure Fund.

Job Description - Candidate will be responsible for:

- Building and refining complex financial models for valuation requirements

- Analysis and interpretation of financial statements; ability to then convey conclusions and insights clearly

- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis for a range of strategic M&A initiatives

- Work with Executives and Investment team, deal team and business unit colleagues cross functionally on a regular basis

- Oversee / maintain deal pipeline, track market M&A activity, collate internal updates, create deal presentations for board and C-level executives

The Successful Candidate - The successful candidate with have 2-4 years of work experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking. Experience in the infrastructure space is a plus. An MBA from a top-tier institute is preferred.
