About the Role:
As Associate, the incumbent will be expected to support the consultants in various aspects of the business such as business development, execution, client and candidate engagement, etc.
He/ she will play a critical role in helping us understand the talent landscape for clients and identify specific individuals around the world who could be great candidates for a particular role. In practice, this means that you will be conducting primary and secondary market research and mapping sectors and organization categories.
Following are some key accountabilities:
- Leveraging secondary data sources to create a comprehensive list of companies formed in a sector and gathering data on these companies
- Mapping and Sourcing of candidates - Pitch & Evaluate candidates, Access fitment
- Creating and maintaining master list of companies identified
- Organizational Structure breakdown
- Cold Calling/ Headhunting - Finding contact details
- Talent-related market research, including market segmentation and candidate pipeline identification
- Synthesis, prioritization and simplification of large amounts of information into actionable presentations, including data visualization, to a global standard
- Operational support to launch and manage searches and help prepare client proposals
- Recording people moves on timely basis
- Recording of data in the in-house portal, thereby ensuring zero-slippage
- Convert each solution implementation into detailed research reports & high impact case study assisting senior management Business Proposals, tenders & bids document
- Support on report writings on various projects
- Shadowing Leads in meetings with Clients, also preparing decks for the meet
- Candidate meeting targets individually to be defined by the manager
