We are hiring for an HR professional with experience in hiring and other parts of the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Coordinating with the business for understanding the hiring requirements.
- Support hiring and coordinate with recruitment vendors.
- Handling employee grievances and policy related queries.
- Preparing reports.
- Planning and Managing employee engagement activities.
- Support in preference management.
Eligibility :
- Post Graduate from a top management institute.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably from Big 4 Consulting firms.
- Should have an outlook to learn and establish a robust HR system.
