The position is within the knowledge hub of the organisation and will be based out of Chennai permanently.  Desired Profile:  - Applicants should be MBA (HR) from a reputed institutes like SCMHRD, SIBM, XIMB, TAPMI, BIM, NMIMS, GIM, IIT-DOMs (Chennai), SOM etc.with a strong academic background   - Post MBA experience of 5-8 years with reputed IT/ITES/Professional services organisations  Overview of Position:  - The incumbent will provide professional development support for members of business teams based out of Chennai.   - This will also involve talent acquisition activities for diverse service lines including campus hiring. Conceptualizing and driving various HR best practices and initiatives will be an integral part of the role.   Major Responsibilities:  - Professional development support : Business partnering on people issues, handling evaluation processes, R&R, L&D support etc.  - Talent Acquisition : Recruitment of several concurrent positions across locations, leveraging various recruitment channels, recruitment process management, thought-partnering business on hiring etc.  - Special projects and initiatives : Conceptualizing and driving HR projects and initiatives.  Key Attributes:  - Very high interpersonal and written/oral communication skills  - Strong customer service orientation  - Excellent judgment, maturity and trustworthiness  - Ability to work in teams  - Open to travelling as and when the need arises.
