Associate - Human Capital Business Partner/Operations - BFSI

- 5 + years' experience in HC Business partnering role or HC Operations role

- Graduate degree/P.G or equivalent experience

- Excellent organizational skills, process oriented and a strong attention to detail while also exhibiting innovative thinking and creativity

- Strong analytical skills; ability to create reporting across multiple data sources and interpret key themes

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong client-service orientation and ability to understand unique business requirements

- Experience working in a global, matrixed team environment

- Workday experience strongly preferred
