Associate - HR Operations - IT

- Scouting for HR Associate - Operations for Bangalore e/ Hyderabad location.

- Job role : Managing all HR operations activities from Onboarding till Exit processes.

- Responsible for orientation programs and Feedback evaluation.

- Maintaining records of all the employees and update their information on Engage(successfactor) HRIS tool.

- Liaising with IT laptop coordination and prepare onboarding goodies for new joiners.

- Responsible for HR interviews, drafting offer letters and tagging of new hires in the system

- Keeping track of employee leave balances and providing data for leave encashment

Reports and MIS :

- Preparing various reports which includes Recruitment dashboard, Orientation tracker, Employee database, Leave records, Exit tracker, F&F tracker and Attrition tracker Preparation of Monthly Employee Engagement Calendar.
