HR Operations Associate - Bangalore Location
Job Profile:
- Responsible for offer documents, pre-joining forms and other onboarding materials.
- Track and manage the completion of all required forms for new hires globally.
- Responsible for the background check process for new hires, including, communicating and following-up with new hires, vendor management.
- Maintain all pre-joining document templates.
- Assist with the administration and management of global employee benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other voluntary programs.
- Help resolve issues and coordinate across employees and vendors.
- Assist with, or complete, compliance filings and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Coordinate accurate enrollment and termination processing with insurers/brokers across all global locations.
- Assist with the administration and management of global employee benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other voluntary programs.
