Job Description :
- Collect, manipulate, interpret, and analyze data using statistical techniques and standards
- Collect and analyze raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies and other helpful information
- Carry out and perform data analysis (for generating reports on periodic and adhoc basis)
- Prepare management reports / dashboards in accurate and timely manner
- Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS)
- Develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations
- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team
- Analyze business information to identify HR process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring data and reporting issues
