Associate Head - Supply Planning - FMCG

1.Lead Supply Planning activities in the framework of Business S&OP Process

2. Identify Capacity gaps in relation to Budget and LRP plans and suggest mitigation plan with respect to new capacity or Inventory build up plans

3. Accountable for FG Inventory in Week on Hand and Finished Good Write-offs

4. Product availability for Domestic and Export Business

5. Ensure conceptualisation and execution of Transformation/Digitisation projects in area of supply planning (IBP, DRP etc.)

6. Ensure Team capability build up for Direct Report and Factory Planners

7. Cross Functional Collaboration in timely launch of NPD, Consumer and Trade Promotions,
